Our first wine dinner is a slight jig on our standard. Rather than focussing on a single country or region, it will be a comparative affair. Italy versus Australia. Not a battle per se, but rather a night of friendly competition and comparison. How does a Sangiovese from the King valley compare to it's Tuscan rival? And how does the food compliment those varietals? Set across five courses, created and prepared by our chefs Nathan and Emily with matching wines from our Somm-in- Chief, Emma Mordue.
