Since 2016, Volpino has been hosting exclusive wine dinners with a focus on delivering the perfect experience for wine & food lovers. These evenings have now moved to South Beach Project and are synonymous with a five courses food discovery and paired wine inspired by the region represented on the night – local, interstate or worldly. The food discovery is carefully selected and created exclusively by their chefs – Nathan Torrens and Matt Campbell. The wine dinners are an opportunity to join a like-minded group of diners for a fun and lively evening and offer a cultural and geographical showcase as you enjoy five courses with matching wine. Seats are always limited to 50 and it’s not unusual for patrons to book for the next date and because of this wine dinners can be conducted over two evenings.
